In 1920, Mariano Crovato built VILLA CROVATO at 11 Via Rivoltana (later renamed Via Giovanni da Milano), together with a factory for the manufacture of concrete and terrazzo bathtubs, which he PATENTED and described as “lightweight” because they were revolutionary at the time.

In 2020 (100 years later), the project to build PALAZZO CROVATO came to life.

In 2024, PALAZZO CROVATO welcomed its first residents.
